About LasVegas.loans
An independent guide that helps Las Vegas and Nevada business owners understand financing before they borrow.
Last updated June 29, 2026
Why this site exists
Most “business loan” websites are really lead funnels — they collect your details and sell them on. We built LasVegas.loans to be the opposite: a calm, independent place to learn how business financing actually works, written for the people who run companies here in the valley.
What we do
- Explain each type of business financing in plain language.
- Cover the local picture — Nevada SBA resources, the Small Business Development Center, and local lenders.
- Link you directly to providers’ own sites so you can compare on your terms.
What we are not
We are not a lender, broker, or financial adviser, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. We don’t take applications or collect your financial details. We keep the lights on through clearly labelled advertising — see How we make money and our editorial policy.
Who writes this
Research & editorial
We research small-business financing using primary sources — the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Nevada Small Business Development Center, the Nevada Secretary of State, and lenders' own published terms — and translate it into plain language for Las Vegas and Nevada business owners. Every guide is checked against current sources before it is published and is re-reviewed on the date shown.
