Our approach to privacy is to collect as little as possible. We do not run loan applications and we do not sell data.

What we do not collect
LasVegas.loans has no loan application, no “get matched” form, and no financial questionnaire. We do not ask for and do not collect your income, credit score, Social Security number, bank details, loan amount, or any similar personal financial information.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics to understand aggregate traffic — for example, which pages are popular. This does not use cookies to track you across sites and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Newsletter (if you choose to subscribe)
If we offer an email newsletter and you sign up, we will collect your email address solely to send that newsletter, through a third-party email provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will not use a newsletter signup to route you to any lender.
Links to other websites
When you click a link to a financing provider or other third party, you leave our site and their privacy policy applies. Some providers are advertising partners and may set their own cookies once you reach their site. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party data practices. Your choices and rights
Because we hold little or no personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. If you have subscribed to a newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour applicable requests.
